I’m happiest when I can make something every day. The act of creating recharges my battery – even when I get bloody knuckles. My great joy? Cabochons. When I’m not making cabs, I make wire wrapped pendants, suncatchers, wind chimes and beaded things.

I’m a 15 year lung cancer survivor, so I zealously guard my remaining lungs. When I’m in my studio, my respirator, headphones and safety goggles make me look like a space alien. Even the dog stares suspiciously. Lung cancer still has only a 15% survival rate. I’d like that to change, so a portion of every sale will be donated to the American Lung Association.
